The store services
All purchases through the AAMW are to be made by credit or debit card, or Bitcoin. All prices are denominated in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Once you confirm to us through the AAMW that you wish to proceed with your purchase, your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your purchase, you authorize our payment services provider to request funds from your credit or debit card provider. 

Unauthorized card use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.

Before we can process a credit or debit card purchase, you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the purchase. We will use this information to process your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.

Refund & Return policy
With the exception of manufacturing defects, or damage in transit, we offer no refunds on purchased items. AAM reserves the right, however, to review each purchase refund or return request on a case by case basis. After such review, and only upon the express written consent of AAM, some purchases may be eligible for refund in part or in whole. If no such approval is granted, you agree you shall remain responsible for payment of all purchases made.

You understand and agree that any personal information provided to us will be governed by our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy is available through our website and forms an integral part of these Terms. 

Our Rights
We can make changes to the AAMW and Services without notice or liability. We have the right to decide who’s eligible interact with AAM.

We have the right to cancel any purchase at any time and for any reason. AAM is not liable for any damages as a result of any of these actions and it is our policy not to comment on the reasons for any such action.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
